Indications 

  • Olecranon fractures
  • Distal ulnar fractures, ulnar shaft fractures and shortening of the ulna
  • Pole fractures of the patella
  • Pilon fractures at the tibia and fibula
  • Ankle joint fractures according to Weber
  • Fractures of the fifth metatarsal 

Characteristics 

  • Two nail diameters XS = Ø 4.5 mm and XXS = Ø 3.5 mm
  • Proximal oval locking holes for dynamic compression
  • Use of threaded wires for locking instead of using screws
  • Fixation of split-off fracture fragments using polyester threads around the threaded wires
  • Simple and user-friendly instruments with radiolucent insertion guide
