Indications

       •KOM short:Arthrodeses of the first metatarsophalangeal joint in small feet
      •  KOM medium:  Arthrodeses of the first metatarsophalangeal joint in normal to large feet
      •  KOM long:Interposition arthrodeses of the first metatarsophalangeal joint

 

Characteristics  

  • Anatomically pre-formed plate design for right and left foot,
    in two different Hallux angles (KOM-Short | KOM-Medium = 10°, KOM-Long = 7°)
  • Secure hold in the bone by means of locking cortical screws of either Ø 2.5 mm or Ø 3.0 mm
  • Precise fixation, even where there is little bone, thanks to anatomically adapted polyaxial screw positioning
  • Easy holding and stabilising of the bone and/or of the interponate thanks to additional, specific screw holes
  • Possible double plating with a medially attached straight plate
